About this notice

This notice covers this BVI DATA information website. Dataset access, sourcing engagements and deployments are subject to their own agreements and applicable documentation.

The enquiry form

When you submit the form, your name, business email, company, selected service and message are sent securely to BVI DATA. Cloudflare processes and stores the submission on our behalf and sends a notification to our team’s Google Workspace mailbox. We use this information to assess your requirements and respond to you.

A server copy is kept to prevent enquiries being lost if email delivery is delayed. Successfully delivered submissions are removed from that queue after 90 days; undelivered submissions remain available for retry. Email correspondence remains in our business mailbox as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship.

Please share business requirements rather than personal records, credentials or confidential datasets.

Browser storage and website services

The website application does not set analytics cookies, store form data in browser storage or load third-party advertising scripts. The hosting platform may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website. The form also uses short-lived request identifiers derived from IP addresses to limit spam; it does not store the raw IP address in the enquiry database. Access or sign-in features provided by the hosting platform are governed by that platform’s own notices.
